Ken Bookstein
Dr. Kenneth Bookstein received his B.A. from Harvard University, a Master of Music from Juilliard, and his M.D. from Tulane Medical School in 1997. He completed his Radiology residency at the University of California, San Diego, and a body imaging fellowship at the University of Washington, Seattle. He is currently a staff radiologist at Kaiser Permanente in Portland, Oregon.
